Fujian (China) Week Successfully Held in Thailand and Cambodia
Fujian (China) Week was successfully held in Bangkok, Thailand and Phnom Penh, Cambodia from May 20 to 27, 2015. A delegation led by Director-General Song Kening of Fujian Foreign Affairs Office, Chairman Tan Peigen of CCPPCC Zhangzhou Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor Huang Qinghui of Zhangzhou attended the event. The 180 members of the delegation consisted of representatives from Fujian FAO, Zhangzhou city, Fujian Archives Administration, Fujian Philatelic Association, Mindu Academy of Painting, Fuqing Yiwu Dance Troupe, and entrepreneurs of stated-owned and private companies. Activities including promotions, project matchmaking, production exhibition and sales, cultural exchanges, foundation-laying ceremony of industrial parks were held during the Fujian Week. This is the second such event organized by Fujian FAO which is held in countries along the Maritime Silk Road. The first Fujian Week was held in Indonesia and Sri Lanka in September last year.
